What if I change my mind?

For non-custom items, contact Donut3D to discuss the situation. Change-of-mind returns may not be available for made-to-order, personalised or custom-colour items. Return postage and item condition requirements may apply.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation may be possible if production has not started. For made-to-order or customised items, cancellation may not be possible once printing or preparation has begun.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Contact Donut3D with your order number and photos of what you received. If the wrong item was sent, Donut3D will work with you to correct the order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact Donut3D as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Donut3D will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution where appropriate.

Can I return a customised item?

Custom or personalised items usually cannot be returned for change of mind because they are made specifically for you. If the item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact Donut3D so the issue can be resolved.
