What if I choose the wrong options?

Please contact Donut3D quickly with your order number and the correct options. If the item has not entered production, the order can usually be adjusted. If the item has already been printed, a replacement may need to be ordered.

Can I change my custom order after placing it?

Contact Donut3D as soon as possible. If printing has not started, changes can usually be made. Once a customised item has started printing, changes may not be possible without placing a new order.

Can I request a colour combination that is not listed?

Yes. Use the contact form or order notes to ask for a colour combination that is not listed. Donut3D will confirm whether the colours are available, whether an extra cost applies, and whether the request will affect the production time.

Can I add a name or custom text?

Where a product offers a custom text option, you can add names, short messages or simple wording during checkout. Please check spelling carefully before submitting your order, as custom text will usually be printed exactly as entered.

Can I customise the colours?

Yes. Most items can be customised in different colours, depending on what filament we have available.

If your requested colour is already in stock, it usually won’t add any extra delay. If we need to order a specific filament colour, it may add a little extra time before your item can be printed.

For best results, include your preferred colours when ordering, and we’ll let you know if there are any availability issues.
