Yes. Donut3D is happy to consider requests for new animals or designs. Some requests may be possible using existing models, while others may require design work, testing and a quote before printing.

A CuteFlexi is a flexible 3D printed character or animal made with connected segments so it can bend and wiggle. CuteFlexi products are fun novelty items and are usually printed as one piece, depending on the model.

Each CuteFlexi is 3D printed, so small variations are normal. Colour shade, shine, layer lines and tiny surface marks can vary between prints. Product photos are a guide, and every print has its own character.

Where a product offers a custom text option, you can add names, short messages or simple wording during checkout. Please check spelling carefully before submitting your order, as custom text will usually be printed exactly as entered.

Contact Donut3D as soon as possible. If printing has not started, changes can usually be made. Once a customised item has started printing, changes may not be possible without placing a new order.

Yes. Most items can be customised in different colours, depending on what filament we have available.

If your requested colour is already in stock, it usually won’t add any extra delay. If we need to order a specific filament colour, it may add a little extra time before your item can be printed.

Price is affected by material used, print time, model size, number of pieces, colour changes, post-processing, failed print risk and design preparation. Larger or more complex prints usually cost more.

STL, 3MF and OBJ files are commonly used for 3D printing. If you have another file type, send through the details and Donut3D can confirm whether it can be used or converted.

Most 3D printed items are not fully waterproof unless specifically designed and tested for that use. They may handle light moisture, but they should not usually be soaked, placed in a dishwasher or used for holding liquids unless the product states it is suitable.

Minor surface marks, seam lines, tiny blobs, slight colour variation or support contact marks can occur with 3D printed items. Donut3D checks prints before sending them and will not knowingly send items with major defects.

PLA and many common 3D printing materials can soften or warp in heat. Do not leave items in a hot car, near heaters, in direct sun for long periods, or in a dishwasher. Heat resistance will vary by material and product design.

Most Donut3D items are printed in PLA or similar 3D printing filament unless the product page states otherwise. PLA is a common plant-based plastic used for decorative, hobby and functional 3D printed items.

Yes. Layer lines are a normal part of the 3D printing process. Donut3D aims for clean, good-quality prints, but 3D printed products are not the same as injection-moulded plastic and may show visible layer lines.

Cancellation may be possible if production has not started. For made-to-order or customised items, cancellation may not be possible once printing or preparation has begun.

Custom or personalised items usually cannot be returned for change of mind because they are made specifically for you. If the item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact Donut3D so the issue can be resolved.

For non-custom items, contact Donut3D to discuss the situation. Change-of-mind returns may not be available for made-to-order, personalised or custom-colour items. Return postage and item condition requirements may apply.

Contact Donut3D with your order number and photos of what you received. If the wrong item was sent, Donut3D will work with you to correct the order.

Magnets can be dangerous if swallowed, especially more than one magnet. Products with magnets should be kept away from young children and pets. If a magnet becomes loose, stop using the item and contact Donut3D.

Some products may contain or create small parts, especially items with magnets, keychains, accessories, flexible joints or decorative details. Small parts can be a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children.

Gently wipe the item with a soft damp cloth. Avoid dishwashers, boiling water, harsh chemicals and abrasive scrubbing. Do not soak the item unless the product page specifically says it is suitable for that use.

Stop using the item if it breaks, especially if it creates sharp edges or small loose parts. Contact Donut3D with photos and your order number so the issue can be reviewed.

Local pickup may be available if offered at checkout or arranged directly with Donut3D. Pickup is only available after the order is confirmed as ready.

Yes. Donut3D is designed for Australian customers and shipping options will be shown at checkout. Availability and cost may vary depending on the item size, destination and shipping service.

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, carrier delivery times and delays are outside Donut3D’s direct control.

Production time depends on the item, the number of items ordered, colour availability and current workload. Many items are made to order, so please allow time for printing, quality checks and packing before dispatch.

Tracking will be provided where the selected shipping method includes it. Tracking details are usually sent by email once the order has been packed and dispatched.
